Where there is no vision the people perish...God has given Letrece Harris a vision to get His people "In Position". Women in Position is a ministry birth to empower women in the word through through simple and clear teachings that inspire women to be all that God has called them to be.

In 2006, Letrece Harris founded Women in Position in Pine Bluff, AR. For three years Letrece ministered to women by sharing the word and embracing them and their dreams.

Letrece often tells the ladies, "They can, they will, they must fulfill, Gods great plan and purpose in their life."

In obedience to God's instruction she was commissioned to Little Rock, AR to begin meetings in Little Rock, AR. The meetings are monthly on the first Tuesdays at the Crowne Plaza.

Her mission is to reach more... teach more... so we can Reap More.

In the fall of 2005 at the completion of writing her book "In Position God's Plan your Path to Destiny", Letrece heard the audible voice of God with instructions to begin a ministry and to begin on television. God spoke to her and said "Take books to places where people are out of position and build through television."

After much prayer and confirmation Letrece stepped out in her ministry in the spring of 2006. After a couple of episodes of airing on Equity Broadcasting, Letrece received a phone call from the program director of the Victory Television Network. Pastor Happy Caldwell saw the program and thought In Position with Letrece Harris would be a great addition to the networks lineup.

Since those early beginnings of 2006, Letrece Harris continues to be faithful to the call and obedient to God by reaching out and ministering to men and women all over the state of Arkansas through television.

Her desire and mission is to position you with Gods principles for divine purposes.

In Position with Letrece Harris can be viewed on Wednesday nights @ 10:30 pm in the months of August, October and December. Our 2010 airing dates will be listed soon.
